Ginger Bread II

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Sugar                                            - 1 tsp. Cinnamon                                    
- 1/4 cup Butter                                           - 1 tsp. Ginger
- 1/4 cup Lard                                              - 1/2 tsp. Cloves
- 1 Beaten Egg                                             - 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 cup Molasses                                          - 1 cup Raisins
- 1 & 1/2 cups Flour                                    - 1 cup Hot Water
- 1 & 1/2 tsp. Soda

Directions:
Cream sugar and butter and lard. Add beaten egg and molasses. Combine dry ingredients and add to previous mixture. Add hot water last. Pour into an 8" square pan and bake at 360 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
